My 12 year old son has been eyeing my collection for a while and I hope to steer him toward either the 35s and eventually to one of my spare Charlemagnes (HP-48SX). Welcome to the MoHPC forum.
Thanks Jeff. My son loves his 35s after I wrote a quadradic root finder and some complex number decomposition routines.

I'll post some programs later, but fear I may be missing the mark on the 'HP way'. Drawing on my old assembly days, I see a good program as one that leaves no trace. As little impact to the xyzt stack as possible and as few named variables and labels as possible. I use almost all indirect variable access. Problem is, it adds dozens of lines. My routines are not compact.

Anyway... more on that later... Thx to all, and I'll keep posting.
