It's more generally known as tag-connect and although they're not cheap, they're cheaper than Segger.

I use Tag Connect(tm) cables all the time for embedded work, and they're great, but that IS NOT what the HP calculators have. The Segger isn't what the HP calculators have. It is also not the Adafruit pogo connector someone else mentioned. HP uses an entirely CUSTOM-DESIGNED pogo connector assembly, which is not commercially available ANYWHERE.

Again, IT DOES NOT EXIST AS A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT. Abosolutely no off-the-shelf pogo connector assembly you can buy is correct for the HP calculators.

Katie Wasserman posted an excellent thread on how to make a mating connector yourself:
https://www.hpmuseum.org/cgi-sys/cgiwrap...ead=229916

Note that the newer calculators use different wiring for the connector, as they use USB rather than 3.3V CMOS async serial, but the physcial connector is the same, so the mechanical portion of Katie's thread is still applicable. Katie provided the wiring information for the newer calculators earlier in this thread.
