I have published on my website a study for a new strategy to improve evolutionary optimization algorithms (EOA). This strategy should work with most/all EOAs. The study uses MATLAB to offer versions of the popular Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm that implement various types of recursive algorithms to enhance zooming in on the solution. The study shows different approaches to the recursive calls.
