Programming puzzles: processing lists!

I post a good quess, which people that truely knows something can then correct.

I think it goes like this:

Userprogram -> newRPL / ARM code

Where newRPL is a set of libraries of ARM machine commands written and compiled in C (C->Assembly->Machinecode [as compilers are as far as I know usually done to produce target machines assembly source and then automatically with apropriate assembler compiled to machine binaries]). I mean both the OS and the (interactive) interpreter.

.. Now we can wait the real knowledge.
