I've got a couple more to add:

Cat food database - Occasionally I track whether or not my cats like an assortment of varieties of canned food, or if it makes them throw up. Simple, but effective.

Block time tracking - Our clients often buy consulting block time, and I've got a directory for 1-2-3 sheets to track their purchases, used time, and balances. The stop watch is also useful in this context.
