I was going to split the contents/index between the two volumes, but I suppose including both in their entirety in both volumes is better.

I'm also hoping to split at chapter 4, which would make the first volume larger than the second... I'm not sure how the hpcalc.org version pages were distributed. I asked the printers if ~420 pages is okay for binding. I haven't heard back yet though.

While we're waiting, if any late comers want to order a copy of the manuals, please PM me.
