No, that isn't the issue. Try this matrix:

SVD([[3,4.5,4.5],[4.5,12.25,1.25],[4.5,1.25,12.25]]);

Just copy that line and paste it into the command line of the emulator. I get some "noise" (complex-valued matrices and vectors); see attached screenshot. The bug is also present in hardware (latest firmware)
