Did you deete the command 1/X in the original listing, before you enter the commands for Example 2?

You might also want to try downloading the .raw file and importing it into the HP-41CX emulator from TOS. You can also try to import the code with free42. In the latter case you may want to edit labels A and B to add another letter/digit like AA and BB pr A1 and B1.
