Possible scam HP 41CX

Perhaps a Countermeasure to this? open the package with a withness. Preferably the delivery person will testify.
a) he/she delivered it
b) it was opened in the front of them (you did not open it alone)
c) take a picture of the person with the item..
(documentation for the paypal and court.. ;-)
