Hi,
Yes, it's clear now. The 2nd digit, (3rd character) has missed two (maybe three) columns. The problem is in the *zebra* strip. LCD and drivers PCB are ok but the interconnection between both has some missing lines. It often happens due to corrosion, but you'll need to take your calculator apart to find out; and the display board also needs to be removed to check for possible repair options.
