Finally I managed to realize C+F+O+ON key on my Prime G2. The solution is simple. The calculator should be in coma mode (hold Shift+Off). I managed this way - turn off the calculator to coma mode, then press C+F+O simultaneously, then press ON key briefly (holding ON key causes turn on the calculator).
