My brand new SENCOR SEC103 was exactly 10.-USD from a calculator shop in Budapest, Hungary with manual. This is a straight clone of CASIO fx-3650p, but SENCOR faster 2.5 times and the precision is improved. If you want to buy a new programmable unit from a shop this is the cheapest - in Hungary.
