RE: What is the best BASIC Pocket Computer
Greetings,

Please forgive me for once again talking about Sharp OZ/IQ organizers here. The online resources covering them are scarce, and this topic somehow gathered quite a lot of the OZ/IQ fans (and I'm glad there're others besides me Smile).

I want to talk about the CPUs used in these organizers. Here's what I've gathered so far. It seems that both the 7000 & 8000 series (apart from the IQ-8900/8920) use the same SC6215 CPU with different stepping:
E500 (mentioned here as the basis for the OZ/IQ series) - SC62015B01
OZ/IQ-7000/7100M/7200/7300M - SC62015B02
OZ/IQ-8000/8100M/8200/8300M - SC62015C03
OZ/IQ-74x0/75x0 - unknown
OZ/IQ-76x0/77x0 - SC62015C04
I've seen the photo of the OZ-95x0/IQ-89x0 mainboard, and there are two large chips there - LH58061M/LZ95N58
I haven't seen the internals of the OZ-9600I/II or IQ-9x00 yet.

My questions are:
- which one of the two chips in OZ-95x0/IQ-89x0 is the CPU, and are there any feature comparisons between this CPU and the SC6215 available online?
- which CPU do OZ-9600I/II and IQ-9x00 use?
