It is very different. The keyboard offers only a few functions, the rest is called by spelling its name [XEQ] [ALPHA] name [ALPHA] or by individual keyboard assignment. Also the 41C is significantly faster than the 41C, and being able to display text is a BIG plus. There also is much more memory, and you can have multiple programs in their own separate memory areas.

On the other hand the 15C offers complex math, Solve and Integrate, and matrix functions. The latter three are available in the 41's Advantage ROM but not on a plain vanilla 41C/CV/CX.

The 41s are great calculators, and I'd recommend you read the complete 41 manual. There is an online version, and the usual sources offer a PDF version.
