Looking for HP-65 Moon Rocket Landing Simulator (#00287A)

A while back, I wrote a Datafile article describing some bugs in the HP-29C lunar lander program. The article traced the history and legacy of the program.

At the time, I found references to HP-65 versions in the PPC journal. A few days ago, I found reference to the subject program in HP-65 Key Notes Vol. 2 Number 2 on page 4. This Key Note article's description makes it appear nearly identical to the 29C version, except that the 65 version starts with twice as much fuel that burns with half as much force.

Does anyone know where I can find a listing of the HP-65 program? The title is Moon Rocket Landing Simulator and it is #00287A in the HP-65 Users' Library.
