Challenge - finding the last issue or two of key notes AFTER V8N2

The real challenge is finding documentation of the FOCAL name being applied as the winner of the contest begun in key notes. A group of us were wondering if there were any key note issues in the library catalogs and if those had the answer, if they existed at all.

Did this actually happen? Where is the proof?

Or is it an urban legend?

Any missing key note issues (and there may be none) might have the answer.
