Pauli,
Any analysis on your part as to why it works? I was fairly shocked that it did, even producing the proper results when the counts are decreasing for sums over half of the maximum for a given number of digits, even producing the zeros for the counts of sums over the maximum. I thought I'd have to force those cases.

Also, any idea why I cannot create more than 127 local registers?
