I find such bugs should be fixed as soon as possible, as I already said, the absence of some feature in a calculator does not cause big problems, if you know your calculator does not do something you do it another way, but the square root of a complex number should always give you the right answer.
If you work with complex numbers sqrt(-2-3i) is like sqrt(2), in both cases I expect a calculator to give me the right answer.
I think nobody would buy a calculator that gives you a wrong result for sqrt(2).
