Thanks Paul. The cable is about 6-Ft long, terminated with a DB25S connector. There is a label tag on the cable near the adapter end which reads "8120-3240".

Hmm that does not match the part number of any of the cables unless it really 8120-3248 which is the standard, If the label on the case has no option number then it is a standard. The "standard" is also configured as DCE and has a female connector, the option 001 has a db-25 male on the end and is configured for DTE. The manual for the card includes instructions on how to rewire to suit you needs.
