thanks for your comment. I am gonna check if this calculator was repaired by the HP service. I have access to the original owner.

By the way, is there any possiblity to get a couple of side covers? the small one that covers the rechargable battery plug. I know someone offered replicas in Ebay but with a very high price for the item and extremely high shipping cost to Spain. It could be a good issue for 3d printers...
