Error When Checking for an Update

It appears that the update downloads correctly, just won't run to install.

I had a similar effect on Win XP pro. Before the installer starts, a dialog appears and asks for a user name and if some kind of security check should be performed. I had to untick this checkbox to make the installer run.

On Windows 7 it might be a good idea to run the CK as an administrator for the purpose of upgrading.
