HP-65 Program "persists" and steps "disappear"

Some new parts arrived today and I was able to build a 65 board. Yes, the mentioned fault did exist. There was a PIC instruction missing, not quite sure why, but without it, the memory delete function got called twice instead of once. I replaced the missing code and now it works ok.
