The second one probably came through Moncton and got trapped in the Tidal Bore or on Magnetic Hill. Wink

All international mail for eastern Canada comes into Montreal. I am a on the east coast so all my international mail and mail from west of Montreal comes through there and my observation is these days the time required for a package to get through Montreal is highly variable. BTW the Trans-Canada highway now bypasses the Magnetic Hill.
