EDIT: after more attempts and checks, looking at the debugging windows of the macros, and runtime errors boxes, after changing the path of the setup folder, beeing careful at the lenght of the name of the program to compile I'm now able to use correctly the tool on 7 and 10, just for 10 I have to use a newer release of the V41
