New G2 Firmware 20200116 - Problems - FIXED w/ 20200121

The G2 I have at home updated without any touch issues. After reading about the touch issues, I brought another G2 home from work today and this one did lose the touch screen after updating the firmware. I'll send the requested info in a PM, but what happened next might help others.

After updating I did the following
1) formatted as Tim suggested. Still no touch screen
2) reset (ON-C). Still no touch
3) reset again (ON-C). TOUCH WORKED
4) turned off and on. Touch not working again.
5) turned off and on again. TOUCH WORKED AGAIN

To test to see if this was repeatable, I reinstalled the firmware and once again lost the touch screen. This time I just turned it off/on and touch was back.

Not sure what all this means as far as the cause goes, but for those of you experiencing this issue, try resetting or turning off/on and see what happens.
