I agree with you Retoa,
Every bug must be fixed and updated by HP asap. Say every two weeks or monthly.
I can't understand HP's (bad?) attitude about this.
Okay, a change request is another story. Has something todo with investment etc.
But (1), bugs are faults in the software and must be fixed and updated as soon as possible.
But (2), I love my prime!
