I have great experience with elecrow:

They are cheap, the PCBs have a very good quality, and they are fast (though shipping from china takes a while). I ordered 6 or 7 times there, and the worst that happened was the silkscreen was off by a millimeter - after sending an email i instantly got new boards for free, which was much more than i hoped for. Great service!
