Out of curiosity, I thought I'd run this on a HP-45 emulator (HP-1973). I don't have any retro HPs to try it on in real life, but I think this is the earliest with Radian support.

HP-45:
Got sin(1e22) as -0.944... and cos(1e22) as -0.2953...
