Hi all, I recently found my HP and when I went to try use it. It doesn’t get past the startup and just stuck in a reboot loop. I’ve added a video to show an example. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

You could try holding SYMB key while pressing ON (or the RESET button on the back) to enter DFU mode. If that works, connect the calculator to PC, download the latest firmware and flash it. If there's a firmware corruption this should resolve it.
