In the very first post of this topic, Hans did say: "[...]there will be an ample amount available, so no need to rush and try to pre-order[...]" so we should be good. I'm looking forward to laying my hands on one of these too!
Hans, how do the orders work???

Thanks
Patrik
will give info on payment/shipment process in top post end of january.

Just in case, I confirm that I will take two 1MB unit.

This brings up a question. Will Expansion Modules still be limited in production or will the "alternate assembly" method be employed which should solve supply issues?

Second question: Since four folks have now voted for white bezels, will there now be four white bezels produced or will the number remain at three?
Hi, fine to hear that production is started. Is there any announcement for purchasing or was my post for the 1 MB version enough?

best regards
Erwin

the amount of FRAM71B w/ Memory extension modules is limited, i only have a handful. of course, users may assemble their own extenders, and also assemble them for others, using the published design files. if any further info is required re. assembly, you can email me.

in case of difficulties acquiring the CYPRESS FM22L16-55-TG,
you can use the FUJITSU MB85R4M2TFN-G-ASE1 instead.

all bezels have been printed by now, so there will be only three white bezels.

With reason, this is a must for any serious HP-71B owner.
It sit between a 41CL and a NoV-64d in term of power, versatility and complexity.
Once you master it, you never want to go back to a plain HP-71B.
gents, please check your e-mails, there was a typo with my account details. i sent you the corrected account details just minute ago.
apologies for the hassle!

Hans, I've had neither the original e-mail nor the second one with corrected account details. Should I be worrying or does it simply mean that you've not got round to me yet?
Kim.holm@me.com - didn’t get a mail

no worries, your reservation is still in the queue for sending ordering details. i'm sending out the schengen regions first, then all other regions that require customs paperwork.

That‘s very true - I would never step back. It‘s a pleasure to use all the „necessary“ modules and the great update of the Math-Module.
I hope my projects at work slow down so I could finished my navigation program :-)

Great work Hans and the others on the forum too - still keep the HP71 useful

I got an E-Mail by Hans today . I am very happy.
And I am patient. Take the time you need. I will not run away :-)

Edit: My Fram71b arrived yesterday. I installed it with prio 1 and after a few minutes it worked fine.
I am so happy.
Hurray!!! My module arrived today. Thanks Hans for your intensive work on this - for me important part to complete the HP71.
