So that is a "yes, the calcualtor boots"?
If so, your battery is bad I think. Else you could also try getting the calculator all booted up, leaving it plugged in, and replace the battery while running. Leave it for a bit after that and see if it starts charging.

What else can you on diag screen, can you confirm what it thinks its FW version is ?
