That is expected, as is how it changes. This is a side impact of the problem with hiding/removing the title bar. After spending a very long time trying to resolve that the decision was made to just release it since it really doesn't matter that much.

Shift-Memory, tap "Backups". Tap "New". There you go.

Its been there for a while now.
