OT: The HP Calculator Cult (HCC)
Message #1 Posted by Geir Isene on 27 Feb 2013, 6:09 a.m.

I've been said to be part of this underground nerdy calculator cult of which this forum is a central venue.

Looking over my recent "Checklist for creating a cult", I realize we are missing a few points. Like - who wants to be the cult leader?

Not me, thanks.

Point 27 should actually be point 1.

Regards.

Nor do I - even if I'd manage to fulfill all the other points I'd miss point 28.

"Cast out the evil equal key."

now all we need is a name. How about:
Scient-ific-ology?
RPNism?
Postfixian?
Enterist? (we could paint little up-arrows in the catacombs for that one)

Raise your X to the T brothers and sisters, and fear not the next stacklift; for constant memory will store all.

(edited to correct an error made by a monk miscopying a holy passage)

Enterist is good! At least I won't get burnt when my fellow cultists catch me playing with the Ti nSpire of my son because it has an Enter key as well :-)
