Sharp PC-1211 update
Message #1 Posted by gene wright on 24 May 2012, 5:10 p.m.

Before... PC1211 display was looking bad! :-(

After: Good! What did I do? Not much. Took the batteries out for about a week. Yay!

Is that the same thing as the TRS-80 handheld? I have one of those and it looks almost identical. Mine has some discoloration to the screen but still works well.

The TRS-80 Pocket Computer was manufactured by Sharp for Tandy, with the same functionality as the Sharp PC-1210/1211.

The Tandy TRS-80 PC-2 was the equivalent of the Sharp PC-1500, but with differently aligned keys.

Regards

Peter
