Supplemental PDFs for HP-35s
Message #1 Posted by Matt Agajanian on 29 Feb 2012, 11:58 p.m.

Hello all,

By the way, got my HP-35s & 33s calcs today! Nifty that they came SO QUICKLY!!! Well, needless to say, I was programming each within the first five minutes!!

I then took the hint from here to add the P<->R program as part of my base set on my HP-35s. Afterward, when I got to the equation step to put in the REGT variable, I was stumped! So, I did a Google search and found the PDF of how to access stack registers in equations. Which leads me to my question. Where can I find these supplemental docs for the HP-35s so I don't need to Google them? Besides, although that was an example for an equation, perhaps there is a way to recall the stack regs in a program.

So, where can I fund these supplemental docs?

Thanks

Here I am going to say "read the manual". (page B-7)

Learning modules for the HP-35s are available here.

Have fun,
Bart

Sorry, bout that. Since I found the trick while searching through Google and only found the link to the PDF, I thought there was a parent website which was where I'd be able to retrieve the other docs. So yes, what I'm looking for are those supplemental instructions which are undocumented. Perhaps there's way to access those from the primary website where that 'Accessing Stack Registers' trick came from.

Those instructions (and several other tricks) are in the learning modules. FYI.

Hi all.

Where might I find these learning modules?

Bart provided the link in his response (above).

Thanks. Guess I didn't notice that the 'here' was hyperlinked. Thanks!

Underlining the linked word might have helped, though I have never done this myself:
"Learning modules for the HP-35s are available here."

OK, I'll remember that, thanks.
