Who is Meg? Which situation was evalutated, and what was the result? Why is this "right for the customers too"? In which way is all this related to Tim's cartoon? Dieter

Meg Whitman is the new CEO who seems to have decided to go in a different direction.

I've observed this behavior "in the wild" with all sorts of high level managers. As soon as they take over, they have to do something to show that they're, you know, all managerial and stuff. :) Dave
