Blanknut differences
Message #1 Posted by Casey Drew on 28 June 2010, 4:45 p.m.

Hi,

I just acquired an HP41 Blanknut. I was wondering what is the easiest way to confirm if it is the Model 41C, 41CV or 41CX. There is no model labeling on the unit. Thanks!

In an empty unit, w/o any modules plugged, CAT 2 shows whether it's a C/CV or CX. A C/CV doesn't show any CAT 2 entries.

To check for C vs CV, do SIZE 100 , then RCL 99. If no error (either in SIZE or RCL), it's a CV.
