NoV-64 (ver. 08r) update re-updated.

Hi all,
A few days ago I posted an update for NoV-64. Soon afterwards a bug was detected and yet another new feature (ROM erasing) was considered a nice addition.
This new update covers both issues, fixing the bug and adding the erasing feature.
The files for this update, along with the manual can be downloaded from here.
