HP71B LEX files
Message #1 Posted by P.Hart on 5 Sept 2009, 10:44 a.m.

In his book 'HP71 BASIC MADE EASY' Joe Horn lists the code for a BASIC program for entering LEX files into a 71B and gives code listings for several LEX files. On his web site holyjoe.org there is a listing of all known LEX file titles but without code. Can anyone please inform me where I can find the code for some more LEX files? P.Hart

Start here: ftp://ftp.hpmuseum.org/hpswap/. Look at lexfl1*

The following links may help:

Thanks Egan, exploring that lot will keep me busy for a while.
Concerning the MAKELEX problem mentioned in your first link, my copy of Horn's HP-71 Basic came with an official-looking errata sheet
giving an amendment of the listing ---

Page 133 Program line 60: change RPT$("-",16) to "----------------"
(16 dashes in quotes

The program amended thus works fine. P.Hart
