HP-67 with clear (transparent) back cover
Message #1 Posted by Giovanni Jimenez on 14 Aug 2009, 8:59 a.m.

Does anybody know if this type of HP-67 was actually manufactured by HP (as a pilot maybe), or is this a "customized" fix ?

Thank you!

Giovanni

My understanding is, that those were manufactured as sales demo units. A serial# is barely visible, so it's very likely not a prototype unit.

Buenas tardes / buon giorno Giovanni,

AFAIK these were demonstration units from times when CAD was not readily available. So you could see where some space was left.

HTH,

Walter
