UPDATE: HP-41 VIM filetype plugin

The HP-41 filetype plugin for the VIM editor is updated:

This new version fixes the bug that rendered the script unusable for FOCAL programs longer than 50 lines (it was veeery sloooow and slowing down by the line). The plugin now renumbers the lines very quickly. Thanks to Dasn for the fix.
