HP 46080A HP-IL Extension module Message #1 Posted by ZOleg on 15 June 2009, 8:49 p.m. How and where used HP 46080A HP-IL Extension module and there is documentation on it?

HP-IL and HP-HIL are two entirely different things. HP-HIL was mainly used to hook up keyboards, mice, and other relatively low-speed I/O devices to HP's "big computers" like the HP 9000 systems. HP-HIL is similar in purpose to low-speed or full-speed USB, though completely different in details.
