HP 48 Insights Program Disk

Copies of all three HP 48 Insights books (Part I SX, Part II, and Part I GX) are on the Museum of HP Calculators CD/DVDs. Are the program disk images for these books available on the CD/DVDs as well? None of the programs in the books are all that long but it would make loading up the programs a little faster and simpler.
