Sharp EL-5520

I read somewhere on this site about some information on my Sharp EL-5520. Problem is, I'm having problems with it because it won't turn on. I figured the batteries in the calculator itself just needed changing so I changed them, but it still won't work. I'm guessing the battery in the RAM card is needing to be changed. Any help on where to find information on this calculator/answer as to why it isn't turning on and what can be done? Thanks.
