HP49G Keyboard problem
Message #1 Posted by Ricardo Roldan on 18 Jan 2007, 12:06 p.m.

Hi! I have an HP49G calculator and it looks like the 4 keyboard lines in the bottom (basically all the numbers) do not work properly. The only way I can turn on the calculator is by using the ON + F3 keys combination, but I cannot enter any numbers! I contacted HP but they told me they do not have support and they sent an email with useless intructions which might "solve the problem", but they didn't (something about using a clip to remove static and then use ON + (-) keys to obtain the PR Error message in the calc. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Best regards.
