Hi again, V --

Boy, are you lucky ! It (the HP-15C Advanced Functions Handbook) is indeed available at that site (http://www.hp15c.org/about.php), and has been for several years.
Um? It is not I who needed luck, being the fortunate owner of a published copy of the AFH, two English-language HP-15C Owner's Handbooks, and one German-language version of the OH. In addition, I own the 10 CD MoHPC set with scans of all three of these documents -- which may prove useful if the time comes that I can no longer read the fine-pitch type in those classic manuals without strong reading glasses.
As for "availability", again you are technically correct. The hypertext link to the AFH document at the website is even more subtle -- it's the blue underlined period at the end of the "Documentation" bullet! (I'd seen it, but dismissed it as an editing error.) There must be some reason for his being exceptionally discreet about the links to the two document scans, which seem to be the same ones on the MoHPC CD #1. It certainly doesn't exemplify conventional web-page design.
(Another way to find the URL's for the two documents is to view the source code of www.hp15c.org/about.php, and search for "pdf".)

Matter of fact, the proper link has also been posted here a number of times, as you can verify if you bother to scan the archives.
To save you the trouble, here you are:
Well, given that I possess these documents in published and electronic form, I had no need to search for references to them in the Forum Archives. So I didn't.
As for searching the archives, it's not always the most expedient and fruitful endeavor. I've done it a few times to find a particular posting. One can search only one of the 16 archive files at a time. The title of each post quite often has little relation to the topic discussed, as threads evolve and diverge. The text-searching capability is helpful, but it's not the most sophisticated search engine. That's certainly not a complaint, because I know that to enhance the capabilities takes time, effort, and usually money.
Best regards,
-- KS
