49g file header
Message #1 Posted by gc on 2 Nov 2006, 5:27 p.m.

I would like some info on "de-coding" (understanding) the various terms and formats used in HP 48,49,50g file headers (i.e. %%hp49 ---------). I can't seem to find a simple(non-programmer) explanation of their format and use. Thanks gc

Browse this search of the Google archive of the comp.sys.hp48 usenet group. If you still have questions, then ask again.

Regards,
James

Thank you for your input. I have searched comp sys 48 using your link as well as other search terms. The most valuable return was your response to the same question on April 13,2003. It's a truly well written, understandable treatise on ascii file headers. Regards gc
