The 41-CY turbo on Ebay Message #1 Posted by Patrice on 15 June 2005, 2:02 p.m. For me is looks like a simple HP-41CX with a turbo add in. Nothing let me think that there is a rambox inside. So be careful before bidding. Patrice

I thought these CXs could only be accelerated to about 1.6x or maybe 2.7x . So from the seller's side it seems to be missing knowledge of what makes a normal CX a CY, or just name dropping;-) Nevertheless it seems to be a nice machine, even if it has nothing to do with a real CY. This is a hyper 41CX; upgraded with a hyper PBC board by synergistic Design Inc. At the time of purchase, it was displayed as a turbo 41cx/y and some of the literature that came with it was for a 41cy. I appreciate the education.
