HP-55 Battery door repair Message #1 Posted by Jeffrey Davis on 16 July 2004, 1:20 p.m. Has anyone ever broken one of the clips on the door and successfully rebuilt it? Or do you need to find another door or just the clip? Please let me know. Jeff

But the HP55 plastic was HP's first use of green and they seem to have some problems with them crubling beyond repair. The black clips from a '35 or '45 will work just fine.
