Density of Encoder strip for HP 600c

Dear professionals,

Does someone know exactly a thickness and distance between black lines on the Encoder Strip for HP 600C?

Accoding to my estimation it should be something about 90 um.

I have found this strip should be an ideal object for calibration of the scale in my microscope for an precise measurement of the microobject sizes.
